What is MaxVPN?
MaxVPN is a VPN (virtual private network) service. It creates an encrypted connection between your device and our servers, which helps keep your online activity private — especially on public or untrusted networks.
Which devices can I use?
MaxVPN has apps for Android phones and tablets, Android TV, iPhone and iPad, and Windows. You can find them in the download section of this page.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
No. We don't sell or rent personal information, we don't show ads, and our apps and website contain no advertising trackers. We process only the information needed to run and protect the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Can you see what I do online?
We don't inspect, record or share the content of your traffic, and we don't build profiles of the websites you visit. To operate the service, our servers process limited technical information, such as connection times and the amount of data used.
How many devices can I use at the same time?
It depends on your plan. Each device that is signed in to the MaxVPN app uses one of your plan's device slots, even while the VPN is turned off. Signing out in the app frees the slot for another device.
Can I choose which apps use the VPN?
Yes. On Android you can choose which apps go through MaxVPN; the other apps keep using your regular connection.
Is using a VPN legal?
VPNs are legal and widely used in most countries to protect privacy and security. You are responsible for using MaxVPN in line with the laws of the place where you use it, as set out in our Terms of Service.

How do I delete my account?
